Upon being told by professionals to expect to institutionalize her son Julian, who had been diagnosed with autism, Giordana Hrga set out to prove the experts wrong, and the I.M.A.G.IN.E® program was born, in Perth, Western Australia, in April 1996.
Initially, Julian was the sole recipient of the experimental instructional procedures, and within two years of numerous tactical discoveries, the research program expanded to include 12 other children diagnosed with autistic disorder. By 1998, the gains Julian had made were also being made by the other children.
After 10 years of intensive data-based research with over 90 children across two countries I.M.A.G.IN.E® is now available to anyone, anywhere in the world, who wishes to implement Precision Teaching and accelerate their child's learning.

This site is dedicated to Ogden Richardson Lindsley. Ogden’s legacy of Precision Teaching - the strategies and tactics of accelerated learning - is presented here in a form that is easily implemented by parents, teachers, therapists and carers, of children with learning disabilities. Precision Teaching (PT) is based on the universal principles of learning, and the universal standard measures that precisely monitor change in learning over calendar time.
